- Orders and purchases. Name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and order details when you buy coffee or other products.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Square. Your full card number is entered on Square’s secure systems; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Coffee classes and events. When you buy a ticket to a class or event, we collect the attendee’s name, email, and any details needed to run the class.
- Email signups. If you subscribe to our list, we collect your email address (and any name you provide) and manage it through Mailchimp.
- Contact and wholesale forms. Information you submit through forms on the Site, such as name, email, phone, business name, and your message.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. It runs only after you consent through our cookie banner.
- Performance and security. We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the Site.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Square — payment processing.
- Mailchimp — email delivery (subscribers only).

- Shipping carriers — to deliver your orders.
- Legal — when required by law or to protect our rights.
Your choices and rights
