Join us for a chocolate and coffee tasting experience featuring Atlanta-based Xocolatl Small Batch Chocolate! Sample four different Xocolatl single-orgin chocolates (with cocoa content ranging from 72% to 85%) side-by-side with a flight of four different coffee and tea beverages. While you sip on the drinks and nibble on chocolate squares, we'll share information about the similarities between coffee and chocolate production and processing, and discuss the complementary and contrasting flavor experiences of the different chocolate/drink combinations. Students will each receive a Xocolatl chocolate bar of their choice at the end of class, plus a 15% discount on coffee and merchandise in the Opo retail cafe!
