SCA Certificate Courses
SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certificate courses have limited seats and require significant lead time to schedule, staff, and prepare. They follow a stricter policy than our other classes.

SCA course tickets are transferable. Notify your Opo coach at least 24 hours before the course begins with the new attendee’s name and contact information.
Classes & Workshops
These policies apply to all non-certification classes, tastings, and workshops.

If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else at any time, even within 48 hours. Just let us know before class begins.

Changes are not confirmed until you hear back from us.
If you don’t attend and haven’t contacted us beforehand, the ticket is forfeited. No refund or reschedule.
